We love DOOM at Toby Towers. Greening & Bagshaw ARE DOOM. They were the groovers in mark 1 Electric Wizard, and then created the ultimate dread of Ramesses. So we're delighted to see them back together again in this supergroup - get ready for a thorough drubbing...

Once Upon A Time in the Doom

Possibly the best fan-made vid I've seen. If you haven't yet seen the film this gives away one of the plot themes so beware. Otherwise just wait for when the music starts - oh brother.

Serpentine Path - Disfigured Colossus

Can't really see the point of a single - although it would be a hoot to hype this into the charts :-)

Their debut album was a cavernous rotten weed-draped belch from hell, so I can't wait to hear the new one.

Bitch Witch - Too Old Too Punk

I absolutely caned their first EP in my Radio Show. They have this curious sound which is sort of based in anarcho-punk but with vocals that are more Riot Girl. However, there is also a serious dose of Occult/DOOM/Wichery in the mix as well. It's a great combination. Anyway they have just UL'd a new EP

Monarch - Amplifire Death March

One of the masterpieces of the genre. French Female vocalist running vocs through acid-psych pedal chain. Astonishing pacing, and yes this track is just under one hour in length! Pop it on and turn up the bass and volume while you are surfing or ironing...you WILL be converted
